Contextual side panel in SOW

I am facing an issue with the Contextual Side Panel where the Record Information section is not working properly for Incidents and RITM.

  • For RITM, the entire Record Information section is missing.

  • For Incident, the Contact button is not working.

Could anyone please help with the resolution?

In case of RITM, make sure the requested for is must to show the Record Information on the side bar tab.

I didn't understand why the contact button is not working.Did any one modified the UI Builder page?
It is better to help if you could share some screen shots.
