Create case from interaction in SOW

Howdy!

 

Looking to have similar functionality in CSM/FSM Workspace replicated in SOW where the agent can create a case via an interaction. I turned on the case type interceptor functionality for creating cases from an interaction in CSM/FSM Workspace via the "Create Case" action assignment record and selected the "enable for all configurable experiences" checkbox but nothing happens in SOW when clicking "Create Case". Is there something else that needs to be configured for this to work in Service Operations Workspace? Thank you!
