Hi @harry24 ,
We have highlighted value feature available which can be used to highlight a particular field of list in SOW based on condition, ex - OOTB priority is highlighted based on condition.
I see currently highlighted value feature is not supported for reference field(caller is reference field).
Though, a new feature is coming in SOW6.0 release, where in SOW incident form view caller field will be highlighted if it is a VIP user.
Please mark it helpful if it answers your query.
Thanks,
Haseeb Ahmed

Hi @Haseeb-Ahmed ,
The VIP color highlight in SOW is really useful indicate. However, the background color highlight does not show in SOW List view, is it possible to display similar to Priority with background color highlight displayed in list view
Besides, the UX highlight value can apply to other field e.g. Business Service / Mapped application service in incident form under SOW?
