Different playbooks showing in Playbook tab in SOW than in quick actions pane

Is there any reason why in the main Playbooks tab within SOW for a Major Incident, that we are getting extra playbooks showing that aren't actually set to be active within SOW configuration?

The two showing in the right hand pane are correct and should be there.

They are both also showing in the main tab, which is correct. However, there are two others that shouldn't be showing, and I don't know why they are there. 

The four playbooks we actually have assigned are in the screenshot attached.

As you can see, those two extra ones in the tab, aren't assigned to be used within SOW. How are they pulling through?
