Dear all,
We are working on introducing the Service Operation workspace, but need to add a modification as we are both leverage the caller_id (as the requester) and a custom field u_end_user (as the actual end user). My though is therefor to duplicate the requester card so within record information, we both have a requester card and an end user card showing the same details as the OOTB solution.
I have tried searching around, but haven't located how to configure this (I know it's though UI builder, but UI builder is still not my best frind) :).
Anyone that can provide a guide, hint or similar to move forward on this requirement?
