Hi,
I want to duplicate the default variant Record SNC to make some modification on it.
The new variant was correctly create, but when i test it (without any modification), I have a different view on the compose component.
On the default variant, I can see the tree tab (Comments, Work notes and Email) :
On my new variant, I only see Comments and Work notes. Email tab disappears....
I do the test on my lab instance and i have got the same result !
Does anyone know how I can get my Email tab back in the Compose component ?
My instance is on Wahsington DC.
I use the last version of UI Builder (25.2.6), Service Operations Workspace ITOM Applications (25.1.16) and Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications (5.1.0).

1. Creating variant of record page is not suggested as it is out of scope of servicenow support
2. Can you please specify the customization requirement you are trying to achieve so that we can suggest how to proceed with that
3. if you still feel you need to create a variant, then please try creating variant of page "SRP Record" page and not "Record SNC", as "SRP Record" page is new version which provides more configurability.
4. also validate if email client is enabled for incident table, or table you are referring to
go to dictionary module -> search for table and open record of type collection -> check email client is true or not under Attribute related list (refer screen shot)
