Enabling chat and short description for Incident created from Service Operation Workspace

hi all,

Can we create incident from Service Operation Workspace(SOW). where channel =chat, short description from chat and transcript from chat to automatically attached to incident.

 

this should not impact on other worspace, only needed in SOW.

 

please suggest.
