Hello @Abdelkader TABA
- Navigate to All > Agent Workspace > Agent Workspace Home.
- Click Lists > Knowledge > All Articles.
- Click the link to a knowledge article for which you want to create a translation task.
- On the Knowledge form, click Edit.
- Click Request translations.
- In the Request translation dialog box, select one or more available languages in the Select languages list.
If a language appears grayed out, a translation is already in progress or has been completed for that language. Some languages might not be available if the system administrator has configured only specific languages for the knowledge base in which the article is contained.
- Click Submit.

You can figure out this, By adding the Entries of translation in :-
sys_ui_message table.

Also For Activity Stream Translation, You can do following steps :-
To configure Dynamic Translation for form fields, do the following.
- Navigate to a record that needs translation enabled.
- Right-click a form field that needs translation and select Configure Dictionary.
- In the Attributes related list, select New.
- On the form, fill in the fields as follows.
- In the Attribute field, search for Dynamic Translation Enabled.
- In the Value field, enter True.
- Select Submit.
