How can we add new workspace modules in configurable workspace?

I have a requirement where I need to add new Workspace Module in CSM/FSM Configurable workspace. We need to add it under the Inbox Module. In agent workspace we directly have an option to add new workspace module but I couldn't find the same for Configurable workspace. Is there any way new Workspace Module can be added, Please let me know.

Hi @Community Alums 

I have just figured out this.

You can add new Side navigations via UI Builder under Now Experience Framework. Select 'CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace' and then click on the settings. In here is a section called Side navigations.

Hi @Community Alums 

Let's navigate to the UI Builder.

Open the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace [cwf/agent]

Click to move to Settings page.

Scroll down you will see the Side Navigation configuration.
