How OOB lands ITIL users to service operations workspace?

Hello All,
I want to understand which property or what configuration makes the itil users to land on Service operation workspace i want to understand this.

By default, ITIL users are redirected to Service Operations Workspace (SOW) because of a combination of:

Landing Page Redirect (glide.login.home)

• The property glide.login.home controls where users land after login.
• By default for admin it points to navpage.do, but for ITIL users, ServiceNow overrides this.
