Compose email attachments not showing in attachment related list in workspace

Compose email having attachments but those attachments are not listed in attachments related list in workspace 

Kindly someone help with what is issue here

@vempatigopi  Compose email attachments are something which you can attach to the email either from selecting the file on your local computer or from the record itself and send it and it doesn't reflect on the attachments pane. 

Currently "Attachments" pane on the record is empty. When an attachment is added, it gets added to the record only. This record's attachment can be used on the compose email section using "From record" option. 

On clicking "Send Email", attachments are added to the email.

Hi @vempatigopi ,

Did you discover the cause or the source of the attachments showing? We are also somewhat experiencing this but the attachments were somehow related to previous attachment sent from previous emails.
