How to add a custom icon in SOW

I have to make a custom icon in SOW and when that clicks  then agile board list should be visible, Does anyone has any idea how can i achieve this.

could you provide more details about what icon do you want?

Wouldn't it be possible to do it as a button (ui action) to redirect you or eventually a reference field with the preview pane.

I want to add icon at the left hand side in SOW as shown in the screenshot, and when clicked it should navigate to agile board.
