@Ashish Kathait ,

Here no need to open the SOW to edit that page,

1.Navigate to UI Builder,Screenshot 2026-02-03 at 9.04.33 AM.png

On top you find page collections click on that and search for SOW - Sidebar tabs top

2. Open that page collection and scroll down you will find the Record Information Page and you can clone and rebuilt according to the requirement.

Hi @Ashish Kathait ,

If you Open that page in UI Builder you can see something like belowScreenshot 2026-01-31 at 7.54.02 AM.png
click on that settings, you can see Create new Variant. If you click on the create new variant it will create an empty variant so everything you need to define from scratch.

So my suggestion is to duplicate any variants which are showing under the page in the above image. If you click on Settings of any variant in the above page it will show duplicate variant click on that . Now your newly created variant comes with all the content which contains with your previous variant here you can change the modifications according to your requirement.

Thank You @Dinesh Chilaka  How you went to this page. If I open SOW https://YourInstance.service-now.com/now/builder/ui/experience/aa881cad73c4301045216238edf6a716   I see only Record

I think I am on a wrong page I guess.
