How to hide "New" button on catalog task in related list of RITM record in SOW

Hi,

I'm trying to hide "New" button on catalog task in related list of RITM record in service operations workspace. How to do this can anyone help me on this.

Hi @Naga jyothi sri ,

 

Steps to hide "New" button on catalog task in related list of RITM record :

  1. Go to "List Actions" from Application Navigator
  2. Select "New" record as shown in ScreenshotAshish1116_1-1709714191352.png
  3. Go to "Action Exclusions" related list and create new record Ashish1116_2-1709714296539.png
  4. Select "Table name" and "View Name" as shown in screenshot. Ashish1116_4-1709714391748.png

     

  5. Refresh the workspace and check
