How to remove right side panel in SOW

Hi Team,

 

 

I want to remove right side panel in SOW

Steps: (ensure you are in correct scope)

-> navigate to this variant "Announcement SNC"

https://instanceName.service-now.com/now/builder/ui/edit/experience/aa881cad73c4301045216238edf6a716/86ade92043076510ae791febb7b8f20e/274aa58953100110b662ddeeff7b12bd

-> remember the system property "glide.ux.user_criteria_enabled" should be present with value as true

-> click on Edit Audiences

-> click on Add Audience

-> Click Open audiences in platform

-> Click "New"

-> then add details like this and click Submit

-> select the newly created Audience

-> then ensure the roles to whom it has to be shown

-> repeat the same for "Upcoming Task SNC" and "Quick link SNC" variant

1. Open UI builder. Go to Experiences and search for service operations workspace. then you will find yourself in below page.

2. Open the "Announcement SNC" as highlighted. And add audience as per your preference by clicking Edit all audiences option.

3. For easy configration open audiences in platform and create new in "sys_ux_applicability" table.

4. In this table you will able to find option to add user criteria's as below or you can do these using roles as well.

Important: To use user criteria's make sure "glide.ux.user_criteria_enabled" property is set to true.
