How to remove Side Nav icons in SOW that don't show in UI Builder? 'Service operations workspace'

Hi everyone,
In Service Operations Workspace (SOW), I have sidebar icons (like "AIOps configuration") that appear in the workspace but are not visible in the UI Builder "Side Navigation" settings or the main chrome_toolbar JSON.
I found them as separate records in the sys_ux_page_property table.
My questions:
What is the best way to hide these? Should I delete the record or set roles to ["nobody"]?
Why don't these individual properties appear in the UI Builder visual editor?

I am referring to the side panel Icons in SOW. 

Not able to remve this options AIOps Dashboards, AIOps configuration, Express List, Service Dashboard because this are configured from the different scope and from different UX Page Properties.

these can be disabled from Experience settings within your workspace

I have already removed Teams, Schedules, Dashboard this options from Experience settings

and I am not able to remove this options AIOps Dashboards, AIOps configuration, Express List, Service Dashboard from UI-Bulder because this are configured from the different scope and from different UX Page Properties.

Which is the best way to hide them

Do we want to delete them or  update the JSON code role to 'admin' in Page Properties
