How to remove Side Nav icons in SOW that don't show in UI Builder? 'Service operations workspace'

Hi everyone,
In Service Operations Workspace (SOW), I have sidebar icons (like "AIOps configuration") that appear in the workspace but are not visible in the UI Builder "Side Navigation" settings or the main chrome_toolbar JSON.
I found them as separate records in the sys_ux_page_property table.
My questions:
What is the best way to hide these? Should I delete the record or set roles to ["nobody"]?
Why don't these individual properties appear in the UI Builder visual editor?

I have modified the side bar via the SOW experience UI and my icon changes aren't reflecting.  Wondering if there is a known issue with this?  I'm on Zurich patch 7.
