How to set a default in SOW?

Hi Guys,

I need to remove the IT Agent Dashboard as a default in SOW and I need to replace it with something else.

I migrated 2 of our dashboards to Platform Analytics and made them visible in SOW. 

I can see them listed, however,  it takes so much time to load. Does anyone know why? And how can I make another dashboard to be the default?

When you say you need to change the default dashboard, do you refer to the Donuts on SOW landing page ? or the whole landing page ? Can you please elaborate your ask with some screen recording or screenshots?

I also need to know this. The landing page for the SOW loads a dashboards page called overview by default. I need to know how to set that to another dashboard that is added to this workspace. If this was set per user or per audience then that would be preferable.

We are also working on another dashboard to be the default dashboard in the Service Operations Workspace.
A setting which defines the default dashboard would be very useful.

I experimented on my PDI and found that in the most recent version of 

Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications (6.1.3) it is possible to set the default dashboard which is shown in the SOW.

From the Service Operations Workspace Admin Center you open Initial setup (click the Configure button).
Under Tier 1 (or 2) goto Donut configurations and click the Configure button.
Choose the correct dashboard under Dashboard loaded on the Landing Page and click Save.

You will have to create the dashboard first and make sure it is accessible for your Service Operations Workspace users.
