I am trying to translate texts that are in the portal of the Service Operation Workspace, to the Spanish language, I already have installed the corresponding plugins, first of all, I want to translate some texts that come in the home (No history yet / Explore key features in Service Operations Workspace):
Then in the part of the interactions view inside the workspace:
I have tried to translate the text, the button and the word "was" that comes marked with red, but I have not succeeded.
Also the "help text" for requirements, issues and SLAs is not translated.
I did the translations in the following tables but I don't see any effect in the Workspace:
