Agent presence state is not changing from Available to Offline immediately.

Hello everyone.
We've faced one specific issue with Advanced Work Assignment functionality.
There is some delay (about 20 seconds) for certain agents when they are changing they status from Available to Offline.
When the agent is changing his status to Offline in his inbox on Service Operations Workspace, his real status is not changing immediately to Offline. It is still staying Available for some time (about 20 seconds).
We've also investigated that these agents have enough assigned work items (no matter in active or inactive state).
Have anyone faced a similar issue? Is it possible to fix it?
