Hi Team,
On Service Operation Workspace, Interactions sub categories list's are missing for ITIL user, however admin users can see all Interactions sub categories. But on Agent workspace all Interaction sub categories list are visible for the users: Admin and ITIL.
How we can get visible for ITIL user all interaction Sub categories list on Service Operation Workspace?
Screenshot: 1 (Agent workspace Interaction sub categories list can visible for ITIL and Admin users )
Screenshot: 2 (Service Operation workspace some Interaction sub categories list missing for ITIL as compare to Agent workspace):
Any help is appreciated!!
Thanks in advance!!
Thanks,
Ramya

I figured this out: each List (sys_ux_list) needs Applicability (sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list) added to it - i.e. a basic route to go would be to add the "SOW ITIL Audience" applicability to the list to allow itil users to see it.
Why this is so clunky to do I have no idea... as far as I can tell, you just need to go directly to that m2m table and add each entry manually - for some reason it's not a related list on the List form and for some reason you can't even add it there:
