Informational popup?

We recently upgraded to Zurich and the Service Desk team is asking if there is a way to get this black pop-up to stop appearing.
This black popup is in the way of closing an interaction since the x is covered. I know they can just hover over Details and it goes away, but is there a way to turn this off?

not sure I have the right answer but 2 ideas to check..
Go to your profile > preferences > display and check the tooltips and/or any other checkboxes, always refresh to see difference:
These are user preferences but if you manage to find the proper one, you can set the global user preference for all the users.
Another thing is the hint from the Label [sys_documentation] values, check this:

The example is for incident table and the hint is INQ, so search for it accordingly..

Tested both suggestions. Turning off Show help tips, did not get rid of that black box popup.
We do not have "Hint" populated for those pages.
The Z version decided to give us that popup that unfortunately slows down the team 😞
