So in the My List area of configurable workspaces like the Service Operations Workspace (SOW) there is a sub-grouping of lists called "Shared with Me" that includes any lists created by others and shared with the logged in agent.
Over time, this Shared with Me list will grow. Some lists that are shared may not be relevant or needed by the recipient. And over time, some may become obsolete.
What options are available to agents to manage the lists that are shared with them?
Particularly, lists that were created by agents that are no longer connected to the organization.
Is there any way an agent could, unshare themselves from the list?
