for some reason the teams chat link is suddenly no longer available when logging in as tier 1 agents (see screenshot).
it works fine if i login using my own account.
only thing i can think of is i installed Notify Connector for Microsoft Teams.
but i have now uninstalled it and the chat link is still not appearing.
