Awesome! Do you know how to create a custom 'card' in the Record information to show related incidents or interactions based on the caller_id?

@Keszia Impersonated as an ITIL user and was able to see the below details on the "Caller" card,

Could you please check or try to run the repair? Also please share the instance version.

@Suja I can see those options too, but I was wanting to know if there's a known custom setting created so show the card after clicking those hyperlinks (to save agents a click) so they can see the recent interactions/incidents immediately in the sidebar.

Hi @Sujatha V M  I am working on Service Operation workspace and wanted add tabs at the top of the form to organizing the fields into tabs  instead of sections on the same form itself . Just wanted to check if its feasible to do. Thanks
