Modify Contextual Sidebar in workspace

Hi all,

I have a requirement to create a new icon on the contextual sidebar of the workspace. When clicked, I should be able to use script using advance filter condition by providing the reocrd class name and the sys_id to the script to query a custom table, and from that, I should fetch the u_note field and the email and mobile from the u_customer reference field and show these queried records in stylized text tiles.

Please help me with the steps needed to configure this.
