Need to implement worknotes in knowledge article similiar to incident

we dont need to automatical capture the updates managers will update manually

Changes are already tracked through versioning. You will be creating huge technical debt, plus you are requiring people to update an article and fill work notes. Just implement a rule: you only are supposed to update articles that you checked out yourself. Don't solve people issues with technology.
