Hi
I need to setup an On Call schedule to a Group in Servicenow using the Service Operations Workspace
I need the rotation of primary on call agent to Happen on Mondays AT 09:00:00 AM - How can I achieve it ?
As per what I tried, the only way to make it happen is by editing the field "Rotation Start Time" on the cmn_rota_roster record - But this manual edition only happens thru the UI16 LIST view - not even in the form, which makes it hard for the users...
How can I achieve the same just using Service Operations Workspace?
This is how a schedule CORRECTLY configured to my requirements looks like (Configured using the workaround I mentioned)

Hi,
In ServiceNow, most of the detailed on-call configuration (like when the roster rotates) is handled from the schedule setup itself, not directly inside the Service Operations Workspace. The Workspace is more for viewing and working with the schedule once it’s already configured.
If you need a very specific rotation time (like every Monday at 9 AM), the recommendation is to adjust this in the main schedule configuration. Once the schedule is set up correctly there, the Workspace will reflect it for the agents.
