OOTB Widgets don't work after update

Hello! I've searched but haven't been able to find anything related. 

We just updated from Vancouver to Washington DC, and now in our SOW the widget don't work as expected. Clicking on the donut no longer filters the list below the widgets. The "Incident SLA" Widget is the only one that works as expected and changes the list below it. The "view all" button on each widget works as expected.

 

Our SOW is not customized. How can we get the donut widgets to act how they did previously and change the list below it?

here is a visual, the green checks show where you can click and it changes the records shown below, and the red Xs is where clicking on it no longer affects the records below:

Hi @VernYerem ,

 

It should usually work as expected in the Washington version as well, but something may have broken during the upgrade. Please raise an HI case and check with the ServiceNow team—they should be able to assist with this. As we can't say until some troubleshoot has made.
