Operator Workspace views and View rules

Hi All,

 

I’ve added a filter on the Operator Workspace dashboard and saved it. It is now available in the Operations Workspace View (noc_user_view) table, under Event Management > Operator Workspace Views.

Now, based on the filter, I want to display this view to specific LOB users instead of the default view. Only the NOC team should have access to the default view. How can I restrict these views accordingly?

 

I have checked Workspace view rules but it only shows UI views configurations

 

LOB view to LOB users and

Default View to NOC users

Hi @Sravani36 ,

I don;t think it would work like this unfortunately.\What you can do is create different page variants and specify the audience for the same using UI Builder.

To be clearer do we need to duplicate the dashboard and add audience to it or from open records drop down we need to add variant collection?

You need create the variant of the landing page where your dashboard is.
