Page Variant Created Successfully but Not Visible Under New SOW in Service Operations Works

Hello ServiceNow Community,
Requirement: Clone the Service Operations Workspace and carry everything over to the new workspace (SOW)


I'm facing an issue with page variants in Service Operations Workspace (SOW) and need your help.
Environment Setup

• Workspace: Service Operations Workspace (Core Scope)
• Custom Workspace: I created a custom workspace called "SK SOW" in the same scope
• Original Page: "Service desk landing page SNC" (located in app scope: Incident Management for SOW)
• Duplicated Page: After duplicating, a new page "Service desk landing page SNC SK" was generated (in app scope: Service Operations Workspace Core Scope)
• Variant Status: The variant was created successfully

The Problem
Despite the variant being created successfully, I'm unable to see the new variant under SK SOW in the "Pages and Variants" section in UI Builder.
What I've Tried

• Verified the duplicated page exists in the correct scope
• Confirmed the variant was created without errors
• Checked that I'm viewing the SK SOW experience in UI Builder

What I Need Help With
Why is the newly created page variant not appearing under my custom SOW (SK SOW), even though:

• The variant was created successfully
• Both workspaces are in the same scope
• The page duplication completed without errors
• I suspect the issue might be related to audience configuration, variant priority/order, or scope mapping between the original SOW and my custom SK SOW

My Questions

• When duplicating a page variant from the core SOW to a custom workspace (SK SOW), what additional configuration is required to make the variant visible?
• Is there a specific audience/condition setting I need to configure for the variant to appear under SK SOW?
• Should the variant be moved or copied differently between workspaces?
• Are there any UX App Routes or experience-specific settings that need to be updated after duplication?

Any guidance on why the variant isn't showing up and how to make it visible under SK SOW would be greatly appreciated.
