"Add Sort" in Service Operations Workspace

Hi, I would like to ask if it possible to use the "Add Sort" filter in the Service Operations Workspace as I need to sort a Ticket by it's priority and urgency in which the newest record comes first? Thank you

Hi @Juan Tiburcio ,

Priority of incident is based on "Impact" and "Urgency"

So can sort on Priority column in the workspace by clicking on the "Priority"!!

That's one way, but is there a method to filter all of them at the same time? (Similar to the "add sort" filter)

The lists can be found in sys_ux_list. You can edit them and sorts from there.
