Hi All,

 

i need to create "Create Normal Change" in service operation service-now, i need to create change from problem if below item need to copied 

  • Short Description (Problem Statement)
  • Description
  • Service
  • Service offering 
  • Config item

 

there is OOTB ui action which works fine in native view not on workspace so please help with this
