The dashboard is NOT visible in Service Operations Workspace even the dashboard visibility is added

1. Open dashboard https://xxx.service-now.com/now/platform-analytics-workspace/dashboards/params/edit/true/tab-sys-id/...
2. Open dashboard details, you can view that we've added "service operations workspace" and "platform anlaytics workspace" to the "dashboard visibility" field.
3. However we can't view this dashboard / any dashboard within service operations workspace navigator.

Hope you have already added Analytics Center to Service Operations Workspace. If not, please follow below document. Along with adding Analytics Center page, you should also require other pages mentioned in the document. Documents, KPI details etc.

followup this issue. We have a similar issue with the new dashboards addon on workspace. Somehow i cant find my own created dashboard on the dashboards section of the agent workspace. I only see the dashboards that admin have created in platform analytics. Is there some special share that needs to be done so that dashboards that was created in the platform analytics area will be visible on the agent workspace dashboard area.
