Redirect ITIL users to CSM workspace now SOW

I want to redirect users with itil role to CSM FSM workspace not the SOW workspace.

I have already created the property for the script include SPEntryPage and method 

getFirstPageURLL, I have also disabled SOW workspace within the Experiences for Service Operations Workspace, but But users are still being redirected to now/sow but i want them to be redirected to /now/cwf/agent/home.

Try setting value as false for property - glide.ux.user_criteria_enabled

Hi Haseeb, it works as in now users with itil role end up in the normal home page but how can i make the CSM workspace home page default for them
