Import Messages

Is "Import Messages" a function still available in SOW like it was in Agent Workspace? Or is that intended to be replaced with something else, like starting a chat with the caller/user from SOW? Thanks!

Thank you for that pointer, Haseeb Ahmed. It seems we have an issue viewing the chats in ServiceNow from which one should be able to import messages. When I click View chat, I get an error saying this content could not be loaded. Time to investigate that!
