How do you get the greeting to display at the top of the Service Operations Workspace after it has been closed?

Hi @ashley_henderso ,

You may change the value from true to false for user preference "sow.incident.landing_page_header_collapsed" (sys_user_preference)

Hello I am currently on the Yokohoma release and this didn't work for me. Greeting banner still not showing. Any suggestions?
