We have a requirement to amend the Tier 2/3 specialist service operations workspace page to remember user preference of the dropdwon selection "Your work/Your team's work". This is because managers want to be able to have their preference of "Your team's work" remembered as it keeps defaulting to "Your work" every time they refresh/revisit the workspace. I understand we have the option of creating a manager page variant that has a manager audience, but this seems unnecessary as an admin overhead as they currently have no other requirements that are different from the Tier2/3 specialist page.
Therefore, looking to understand how we can get the "Your work/Your team's work" dropdown choice to be remembered for the user to be their last selection or how we can amend the ToggleWorkPersonaTier2 client script to set a default value if the user is the manager of other users or manager of a group?
