Service Operations Workspace (SOW) for IMS: the Create Incident button looks grayed out

Hi Everyone,

 

I’m seeing an issue in Service Operations Workspace (IMS) related to the Create Incident button. After I save an Interaction record, the Create Incident button becomes grayed out, as if it’s disabled. However, it is still clickable and works normally—it opens the Incident creation form.
What might be the cause, this issue happening after the zurich patch 4 hotfix 3

if you are sure this started coming after upgrade and nothing has been changed to that button then raise a case with ServiceNow
