Show Knowledge Article Activity Buttons in Playbook

A user with admin will see three buttons: Mark complete, Skip, and View article.
However, users without admin (Grant evt_mgmt_operator, pd_autor, playbook_write, playbook_admin, etc.) will only see View Article. Why?

Do you have Docs to show that?
Also, what role should I grant to show all the buttons?
