Good Morning,
I have a visual issue I am trying to fix, and I cannot seem to find where it would be updated.
Looking at any record within the SOW, all the form fields blend in with the background. This makes the form hard to read and update at a glance.
We are on Vancouver, and I have looked into changing the theme, however it looks like that is not something that can be edited.
I also have a PDI on Vancouver and the records look completely different then in our environments.
My question is how can I make our environments look like my PDI? I have not been able to find where I can make this change.

This was caused by a custom Polaris theme we are using. It was missing the shape and form Theme Style.
After adding this the outline around the fields appeared.
