SOW Workspace

Hello @Ankur Bawiskar,

In SOW workspace I have added ITIL Dashbord where if i open any record from that dashboard it should open in same SOW page tab. But instead of opening it in same SOW tab it is redirecting to New window.

Requirement should work like below shared screen shot.

Kindly suggest if it is possible to configure or not.

logically it makes sense to open that in new tab which is a good user experience so that user can still navigate to dashboard and do the task.

It's OOTB behavior and I recommend keeping the same.

You can check if any settings in the platform analytics dashboard widget allows you to open in same tab
