In native UI we have colors for what state the approval is, however when looking at this in SOW the colours are not there. Is there a way to do this.

in workspace you need to use UX Highlighted Configurations for styling
Set up a highlighted value in a form header in Configurable Workspace
Check this OOTB for incident and caller_id field
