What is the service now TO DO function? What module is used to implement it? Can the workspace calendar implement it?

I'm not sure what you mean by "TO DO function" related to Service Operations Workspace.

Can you please provide a screen shot that shows the feature you are talking about, or a link to the documentation where you have read about it?
