Currently when you open a ticket in the SOW, the ticket is opened in a new tab. Can anyone tell me which page or variant this is? The title of the tab is the ticket number that we've opened. I'm not sure if this is something that can be changed.

Thanks for the response. I was able to figure out how the title of the tab works. If you navigate to the HR Agent Workspace and then click on Settings, you'll have an option to rename the tab there to any field that is available for that table.

the field which is marked as Display=true on table is shown in the tab title
Example for incident table number field is the one so it shows INC
Unless you change the display field for that table it won't change in the workspace

I see. But is this something that can be updated manually? I mean by placing a fixed value?
Do you know what happens if two fields are set with Display = True?
