Hi All,
Scenario: User submits a catalog in ESC. Now as an Asset Manager want to open the same record in HAM workspace.
Can you suggest.
Note: We have tried Custom UI steps , tried using Filter to the list, opening existing record and all. Nothing worked.

1) Login to Instance(esc portal)
2)Search the Catalog Name.
3)Open the Catalog ,fill the details and submit.
4)Login as asset manager
5)Navigate to Hardware asset workspace
6)Click on the Inventory.
7)Navigate to Repair orders.
8)Currently we are clicked on the number to get the record which we submitted now.
9)Unable to open the record .

Yes, Its a record producer.
Challenge here is opening the record in the HAM workspace.
