Not sure if I would get any replies as such but this is actually a pretty basic question to which I have never ever heard anything remotely anywhere and thats pretty strange .
I will begin by saying that UI Builder is cool and "heart numbing" anyday very easily , when you know that you are close to a solution but something else just works out of no-where defying all logic completely .
Just mentioning this issue and hoping someone encountered it and solved it as well
- We have a custom record page where we are using tabs .
- Each of those tabs are page collections
- The page collections get displayed based on the current custom table that the solution is based out of
- The fields in the tabs are populated from particular views in the main custom table
- Whenver we try to save the fields in workspace on those separate tabs they behave extremely weirdly . Mostly they do not save on the record .
- If we add those fields to the Service Operations Workspace view ( we are using this workspace ) , they do behave okaish
What is the best way to save changes to the fields from one of these tabs to the actual record ?
