I’m working on Workforce Optimization for ITSM and I have a requirement to enable multi-assignment for a custom RITM record.
I tried updating the record in the sn_wfo_work_sched_work_config table by modifying the "Assigned to field", which was originally set to assigned_to (see attached image).
I changed it to additional_assignee_list to allow multi-assignment. In the Manager Workspace, I can now assign multiple users, but the interface only shows a single assignment bar, even when there are several users in the list (see attached image).
After refreshing the form, bar is erased an like if its nobody assigned.
Question:
Is there a way to have the assignment bar split or replicate for each user in the additional_assignee_list field? Or would I need to implement some additional customization to achieve this?
