Workspace button redirects to the Platform view

We have a requirement when viewing the Incident from the SOW view(Service Operation Workspace) if we click on the 'Create change request' button it should redirect to the Platform view(Backend view) of the Change Landing page. And if it redirects to the Platform view then upon selecting the Change model type the new change record which opens, should have the Parent field mapped with the incident record number.
Please check the below screenshots for reference.

1] Below the screenshot refers to the Incident from SOW view.

2] Below screenshot refers to the Platform view, if we click on above 'Create change request' button it should redirect to the below form.

Hi @Gauri_Khole03,

If you select 'Create change request' from an Incident in SOW, the change model page is displayed. 

e.g.

Is this not what you wanted? If not, why do you need to redirect the user to the platform view?

We have a requirement to redirect the 'Create change request' UI action to the backend view along with mapping of fields same as SOW.

I am also looking for the similar solution for CSM workspace.
After clicking on new button, it should redirect to the catalogs homepage
