I've migrated a Dashboard and have it available on the SOW. Many reports were migrated to a List Data Visualization, but when I select an Incident number it redirects to the Platform view of the INC, and not a Workspace tab. I'd expect the Data Visualization to open in the Workspace it is nested within. Am I missing something here?

I did get a resolution from SN Support:
Set the property "Use default redirections" to active/true for the IT Agent Dashboard component.

I did not change that property so I don't know how it was set this way, but after making this change I can confirm the records opened in the Workspace they were displayed in.

Hi jordan!
I couldn't find the specific property, I entered the dashboad page via UI Builder and got into the page definition, in the bottom of this page I found the properties but not the one you mention.
Maybe you can help me? (:
